Terms of service

Last updated: November 4, 2026.

In short
  • Almost all of Neto is free and needs no account.
  • With a free account the screenshot reader reads 3 screenshots a day.
  • Neto Pro costs $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year and renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime from My account. Pro lasts until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • No refunds for periods already charged, except charges made by mistake.

1. What Neto is

Neto is a website with tools and information for app delivery drivers on Spark Driver, DoorDash, Uber Eats and Instacart. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Everything is general information and estimates. Earnings, busy hours, news and articles are a guide, not tax, legal or financial advice, and they don't guarantee how much you'll make. Your decisions are your own. For your tax situation, talk to a tax preparer.

Neto isn't affiliated with Walmart, DoorDash, Uber, Instacart or any other delivery app. Their names are used only to say which app we're talking about.

2. Your account

3. Free plan

With a free account, the screenshot reader reads up to 3 screenshots a day. If a screenshot couldn't be read, it doesn't count. We may change this limit; if we do, we'll say so on the site.

4. Neto Pro: price and renewal

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in My account → Manage my subscription. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Refunds

We don't refund periods already charged, and we don't give partial refunds for canceling in the middle of a month or year. If we charged you by mistake (for example, twice), email us at netoapp.ayuda@gmail.com and we'll fix it. This doesn't take away any rights your state's law gives you.

7. What's not allowed

8. Other companies' services

Neto uses services from other companies (for example, weather, maps, news and Stripe for payments). We do our best to keep everything working, but we don't control those services and they can sometimes fail or change. News stories link to other sites; their content is each outlet's responsibility.

9. No warranties

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it working and the information correct, but we can't guarantee it will never fail, always be available or be free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Neto isn't responsible for lost earnings or indirect damages from using the site. If we were ever responsible for something, the most would be what you paid us for Neto Pro in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll put the new date at the top. If the change matters to people who pay for Pro, we'll also announce it on the site. Continuing to use Neto after a change means you accept it.

12. Contact
